Turn Off Function Keys -- Vista OS

I'm using Vista Business OS, and I'd like to turn off the Mac funtion keys (f1-F12).
I use them in online games, such as Ragnarok or Aion, and having the screen brightness, or volume change window appear everytime I use the buttons is a big hassle, and not what I need to happen when playing. Any suggestions for this problem is welcome! 🙂
