Printing Greeting Cards

In Iphoto '08 it was easy to print a perfect greeting card. In Iphoto '09, though, I don't see greeting card as one of the formatting options. I looked in help and saw that a greeting card could be created for purchase ($$$) and then printed, but it prints out wrong -- it seems to be sized for bigger than 8.5x11 card paper, with no obvious way to change the printer settings. So the photo comes out uncentered, and overlapping half an inch past the crease down the middle. There is also a nice grey apple on the back and "printed on a mac" or some such, but the formatting looks just awful. Surely there must be some simple way to print a photo properly onto the front of a greeting card!
