Can anyone help? i receive a message saying "We could not complete your itunes store request. You do not have permission to access the requested resource. There was an error in the itunes store. Please try again later"

I also need some help. I am having the same problems accessing the itunes store. It would say there was no network connection.
I ended up on the phone to Norton as I thought it was an issue with my antivirus. They ended up removing Norton completely from my PC but I was still having the issues. After this I discovered I couldnt even access apple.com! I can get onto all other sites just not this one, I can even get onto store.apple.com and clearly discussions.apple.com but nothing else on apple!
I ended up removing itunes from my PC as this seemed to start after downloading the new itunes 9. But still cant get on. My PC in the next room is working fine so I know its not an internet or antivirus issue but I just cant figure it out!
Please if anyone has any suggestions that dont involve looking on apple.com that would be great!
