Late 2009 Macbook - how to add memory ?

This is for my new late 2009 white unibody Macbook. I want to upgrade the memory to 4G. I know this can be done. But when I google, most info are for older model. I's appreciate if anyone can point me to video or other pointers to install memory for this model.
