Keyboard Shortcuts for Dual Monitor setup

What is the keyboard shortcut to move a window from one monitor to another? In Windows 7 I could do win + shift + left arrow and win + shift + right arrow to move it back and forth between the two monitors.

iMac 27" i7, Mac OS X (10.6.2)

^F4, according to the Keyboard & Text Input shortcuts in system Preferences/Keyboard/Keyboard & Text

That's move focus to active or next window... I want to physically move the active window from one monitor to the other.
