Purchased (HD-SD) Movies with iTunes Extras showing as Unknown Album

Hi all,

As topic says, a newly purchased Wall-E (HD-SD) Movie with iTunes Extras is showing as "Unknown Album" in iTunes coverflow view. Same for the movie UP.

Looking at the tags in INFO, they all seem fine - but maybe I am missing something.

Can anyone help me fix this?

Thanks!

I'm experiencing the same thing. I've purchased two iTunes Extra movies, The Wizard of Oz and Star Trek, both in standard definition. They're perfectly viewable and are correctly sorted in iTunes, but when view in coverflow they're labeled as "Unknown Album". Like stuhowe, I can't see where there's anything wrong with the tags in INFO.

Someone must have purchased some iTunes Extra movies other than stuhowe and I. I'd love to know what you're seeing in coverflow view.

I have about ten movies in my library now with iTunes Extras. ALL of them display "Unknown Album" in the cover flow view. I suspect this is a problem in iTunes itself. It is definitely NOT related to a specific item in your library.

The "LP" feature for new music purchases is properly handle in cover flow.

I hope they will correct this problem in the next release of iTunes. I also would like to see a movie with the "extras" only listed ONCE in cover flow view, similar to what is done for the HD/SD content.

Yes I have this same issue with Star Trek in HD-SD. In addition to that the chapter guide is missing from the SD version when played inside iTunes and on my ipod touch. I've sent an email to iTunes customer service to see if there's a fix for the chapter guide problem and am waiting to here back from them in the next 24 hours.

I received a reply from iTunes Store Customer Support today and they posted a fresh copy of the missing item to my iTunes account. In other words they posted a copy of the stand alone SD version for me to download again and this corrected both the missing chapter guide and the 'unkown' name where the movie name should appear. All's good, my HD-SD now work as they should. Way to go iTunes Customer Support for the quick response!
