Scroll wheel causes iTunes 9.0.2 to skip during playback

iTunes playback seems to be skipping whenever I use the mouse scroll wheel. I have tried two different mice and both have the same issue. The issue is most present in the iTunes window itself, but also sometimes occurs in Word or Firefox.
