Yes .... if they're in a list, select (highlight) the first one and then while holing the shift key, select the last one. If they're random in the list, highlight them with a shift + command. Once the desired ones are highlighted, drag them to the trash.

hmm....

Try this: open the folder in Finder containing the items to delete. Select (highlight) the first one to delete by clicking on it. Now select the next (random) item by holding down the shift and command and clicking on it. That should make it selected (highlighted) as well. Now you have 2 files selected. Repeat for all of the rest of them using the shift-command-click method. When finished click-hold one of them and drag then to the trash.
