What is a good DVD/CD Label Making Software for a new Mac user?

I have just converted from a PC to aMacBook Pro (Snow Leopard). *I need to know of a good, preferably free downloadable software to be able to print photo backgrounds on DVD and CD labels.* I was used to using Fellowes or Memorex software with my PC.

MacBook Pro (mid 2009), Mac OS X (10.6.2)

Hi dave in des moi... & welcome to the discussions.

Download NeoOffice ( http://www.versiontracker.com/dyn/moreinfo/macosx/22021 ) and then download & use these templates...

If you have iWork/Pages, they may work there as well...if not, Google is your friend - just search for 'OS X pages cd label template'

Dave - Be aware! You don't want to use CDs with a printed label on a Mac. Because they use slot loading optical drives, if the machine gets hot, you run the risk of the label shredding INSIDE the drive. This is not an easy fix or something covered by your warrantee.
You can print direct to CDs using either Epson or HP printers. The results can be stunning. I use epson RX 580 and printable CDs from neato.com. http://www.neato.com/catalog/CDR,20.htm
Just something to consider. Good luck.
