iPod Touch Cover Art Issues

I just upgraded to version 3.1.2 for my iPod Touch 2nd generation yesterday, and for some reason, all of my albums that have music videos, or videos that came with them no longer appear with the original cover art, but with the preview picture the video has in Cover Flow. If I select a song that is in one of the albums, and flip the iPod Touch in the upright position, then it shows the correct album art. But once I return to cover flow, it reverts back to the incorrect cover art. This problem is very irritating, and if there is any way to fix it, I would love to know.

iPod Touch 32GB 2nd Generation, Windows Vista, Cover Art appears as music video/video etc.

I have a similar issue. Some artwork doesn't appear correctly on the iPod even though it's all correct in iTunes. For example, a Katy Perry song had a Tina Turner cover, but it's not the case in iTunes. Some songs even have Genius Mixes covers. I'm also running 3.1.2

Me too! I think it started after the latest update... Don't know if its a glitch or if its something that is fixable... ?

Just chiming in ... i have the same problem - i noticed today that some of my albums didn't have their album art when i could have sworn I have added them.
After a bit of investigation I am certain also that some covers have been "lost". They are also lost on iTunes.
I am also on version 3.1.2

Shame...because it'll be too time consuming updating the album art for so many....

album art has been problematic for as long as i can remember.

if you go to the advanced menu in itunes, you can click 'get album art' - this should return any that itunes has

Anyone wanna answer this problem? I mean, I have the exact same problem. Really ******* me off how for Iyaz - Replay, I end up having cover art for Ke$ha - Tik Tok. Seriously now? Cover Flow works fine, but regular cover art is really messed up. Some of my songs even have Genius 4 Square Picture cover art? Anyone have an answer?

i have the same problem, i have album covers duplicated in other artists and albums, it really mess my music, so pleas can apple have anything to say about this? love my ipod, but this is not good...
