Warning: SUID file

I get this message when I run Disk Permissions:

Warning: SUID file "System/Library/CoreServices/RemoteManagement/ARDAgent.app/Contents/ MacOS/ARDAgent" has been modified and will not be repaired.

Started after installing Snow Leopard. Still coming up after installing updates. Anyone have any idea what this means? Or if I need to do something about it?

It means you have the current Apple Remote Desktop version installed. Nothing needs to be done.
