Dynex cards will not work with Macs.
The website shows that they are only compatible with Windows machines.
Most Mac/OS X compatible PCI USB 2.0 cards need an NEC chip in them.
Dynex cards do not appear to use NEC chipsets. Plus, in order for a PCI USB card to be compatible with Macs and OS X, the chip has instructions written to ROM that configure the card properly to operate with Mac hardware/software.
You'll need to replace the card with something like this

or this

Good Luck!
