YouTube not working on iPhone 3G

Hi,
i have the iPhone 3G with the latest OS version...i hadn't been on youtube for about 2 weeks and i decided to check out a music video on it yesterday and so tried to go through the youtube app but it just comes up with 'Cannot connect to YouTube' and the links on website linking to youtube just have the play button with a line through it so i can't click it...anybody had a similar problem or know a solution??

Were you on wifi that was blocking youtube?

If not, try resetting your iPhone by pressing the home and sleep buttons until you see the Apple logo, ignoring the slider. Takes about 5-15 secs of button holding and you won't lose any data or settings.

If a reset doesn't work, I think you'll need to restore.
