Would you be able to forward this as a wish and suggestion to the developers?

Couldn't you please make the "ShowCallForwarded" key of the carrier.plist in all carrier bundles in /System/Library/Carrier Bundles available in the settings GUI for the users to allow them to choose between true or false???
I believe that only few users would choose true.

Or at least remove the OK button from this information popup and close it automatically after a second.
