itunes problems

hello
is there anyone who is having problems right now on trying to purchase things from the itunes store. I am able to get into the store but when I click on buy, It would take a long time to load but then an error message saying that itunes could not process my request and to check my internet connection and if it is active and try again later. I did the diagnostics and it says that it passed all tests. Is there anyone who has this problem??

I can't access the store either! I have tried all sorts of the 'fixes' and nothing is working. Is this temporary or is it caused by the iTunes 9 update?

i was about to say...
i just bought the ipod touch. my first ipod, and i reinstalled itunes twice. then i noticed i cant sign into the store even off of the ipod.

thats not exactly the best first impression.

Confirmed with Wireshark; it's a problem on the other end. The server at 17.152.17.80 is completing the TCP handshake, but it's not responding to the SSL Hello messages. Also, it is not responding to any pings. It must be Black Friday.

Well I'm not ecstatic that I can't purchase anything right now, but I'm sure glad that it's not just me.

Hopefully Apple fixes it soon!

Its up now. try and get what you need now before this happens. the system could go again tonight so try and download what you need now. I am confirming it is back up because I am downloading something right now

Is it working for everyone now? Because it's doing the same thing to me still, I can't get anything downloaded from itunes 😟
