Some of the tracks in my iTunes Library have the artist names and track names in block captials, I can change the track names to lower case and upper case at will, but if I try to change the artist names, by the time I get to the end of the name it has automtically reverted back to block captials and only the last letter I type is lowercase, why does this happen and what can I do to stop it? Thanks

It's caused by a normally useful autocomplete feature. It's handy as long as the autocomplete value is the one you want, but not in the circumstances you describe. The easiest solution is probably to type a leading "x", then the text exactly as you want it, then move the cursor back to the start and remove the unwanted "x". If iTunes still
corrects to all caps then you may to enter the value with the leading "x", apply the change and then remove it.
