Magic mouse: no 3rd button?

I helped a friend with his new iMac. It came with the Magic Mouse and OSX 10.6.1. I upgraded to 10.6.2 and made the right click working. Still, isn't there any 3rd button? I liked the mouse, so I was considering to buy it myself, but without the 3rd button it's a no go for me. I always assign the 3rd button to Space which I've found very handy. Any way to configure it?

I tend to think of the Magic Mouse more as a touchpad that senses finger strokes and multiple touches at one time, rather than a mouse with buttons....with over 130 sensors available on the top surface it is quite a leap in mousing.

I can also imagine 3rd party apps taking advantage of all that tech soon, perhaps with more overt specialization, etc.

You can enable the middle click and swipes with this free app.

BetterTouchTool

I've been running it for a while and it's very stable. I use the middle click/touch all the time in my unix/mac environment and cut/paste works very well going between the systems. The added bonus is that you can set the click to be a "touch" to mimic the touchpad behavior. Sweet.
