Can you connect iPhone to computer through Bluetooth?

Can you connect iPhone to computer through Bluetooth? I tried but had no luck. Did they not make this possible for some reason? It says "The device does not have the necessary services".
Thanks!

The Bluetooth profiles supported on the iPhone are listed here:

Well that just blows.

Some may say that it "blows" that if this feature is so important, you didn't research this before purchasing. This is a well known and discussed limitation. The iPhone has a 30 day return policy, so you can get what you want.

OTOH, you can suggest this to Apple on the iPhone Feedback page:

My problem was that using the USB cable wouldn't work because my iPhone is synced with my home computer, whereas I often wanted to download photos to my work computer.

Set iTunes in the work computer to not sync with your iPhone. The computer can still get photos from the iPhones as a camera.
My answer was to forget Bluetooth, and transfer via WiFi, using PhotoToMac.
