Problem - DCHP says IP address (192.168.0.101) used

I have a DI-524 wireless router and a range extender. I currently have my PowerBook G4 with Airport Extreme and my wife's iBook with Airport connected beautifully. I bought an eMac and can't get it connected with Airport Extreme or an Ethernet cable. In both instances, in the Network Configuration, it says that the IP address 192.168.0.101 is in use. I've tried using DCHP with manually setting the last 3 digits to 102, 107, etc. to no avail (numbers within specified range of router). Why won't it go to the next available IP address automatically and can anyone help me?

You have an IP address conflict on your network, and in a situation like this, the best thing to do is to restart every component on your network. Pull power to the router and the range extender. Power down all your computers. Then power up the router and wait a minute. Then power up the range extender and wait a minute. Then power up your Macs.

Thanks Henry. I was trying to avoid that because the extender is in the master bedroom (with sleeping wife). I did get it to work. I kept hitting "Renew DCHP lease" and eventually it got to an unused IP. Strange because I tried it before at least a few times without any success.
