I have a 13" macbook that I am connecting to a 26" Panasonic Viera via a Display to HDMI adapter. The macbook recognizes the TV just fine but there are parts of the desktop that I can not see on the TV. For example, when i hit the green plus button on safari for the window to fill the screen I can not see the top or the bottom of the window unless I drag the window up or down. Does anyone know how to fix this?
See what kind of picture or screen Size settings are available either through the Panasonic's remote or else through its menu system. Often there is a setting called Just Scan, or Full or something like that which will cause the Mac desktop to just exactly fill the screen, same as with a computer monitor.
