Creating Ringtones

I've downloaded a tune I'd like to make as a ringtone. It is stored in my Purchased folder and Music folder. The Help says to select it and then click on Store > Create Ringtones. I don't get the option to Create Ringtones. Any suggestions?

Ringtones can only be purchased from the US iTunes Music Store, due to restrictions from the music labels. Since you're in Canada, you can't do it.

you can also easily create ringtones in gargeband (ilife 09) search the web for how its done.

The O.P. does not have a Mac according to his info, so garageband is not an option.

Google will find several free ways to make ringtones.
