Deleted a account on my Iphone and lost 100 emails, Can I get them back?

I had 3 accounts on my Iphone and the account that I removed was pop-server.stny.rr.com which did not look like the other 2 which were e-mail accounts. Now I lost all my saved e-mail. Is there anyway to recover those deleted e-mail?

If the emails are not still stored on the server, or downloaded to your computer, then you have lost them.

POP email accounts download the emails to the device you read them on, unlike IMAP email accounts which leave them on the server.

Usually you can set a POP account to leave the emails on the server for a specified period.
