Hi all,

I'm trying to register my new 27" iMac so I can get support, should I need it in the future. Every time I enter the details and try to submit the form the site just says something along the lines of:

"We are unable to process your request at this time. Please try again later."

It's now later and I've tried this about 10x. Is there something I'm missing re registering my purchase on apple.com?

27" iMac, Mac OS X (10.6.2), 4GB/1TB 7200-rpm/ATI Radeon HD 4670

Is the serial number you are using matching the one that is shown in System Profiler?

Are you still getting that error message?

If so, you should call Apple and talk to a human. Contact info in the +Contact Us+ link at the bottom right.
