System Preferences Management

I have an Intel based iMac running Leopard (10.5.8) and I have a question with regard to system preferences on one of the managed user accounts on the machine.

Through the Admin Users parental controls, the managed account has been setup to disallow use of the system preferences pane. While on the managed account, I needed to access the system preferences. I accidentally checked "Always Allow" and typed in the Admin User name and password. So, now the managed account can always access the system preferences.

I can't seem to find a way to "undo" this action. I signed on to the Admin User and tried reconfiguring access to the system preferences through the parental controls but the box is still unchecked, which should disallow access. Yet, the managed account can still access the system preferences.

I imagine there is probably a way to fix this through the command line. I have very little experience with it, so something GUI related would definitely be way easier for me.

Anybody with thoughts or suggestions? Thanks for your help!
