how do i get my XP laptop to 'see' TC as a network drive?

I just set up TC to work with my iMac G5. Since I have only have OS X 10.4 I cannot use the Backup function, but that's OK. I will just use it as a wireless access point, and an external networked hard-disk. I can mount it as a disk on my Mac. *However my Windows XP cannot 'see' it as an external drive.* How do you set it up so that a Windows XP machine can use the TC as a shared disk?

iMac G5, Time Capsule 1TB, Mac OS X (10.4.11), Lenovo Windows XP Laptop
