transfering an Ableton Live project to Logic Pro?

Hi,
I just got Ableton Live because I've found it incredibly easy to use -- a lot of fun! Simply writing ideas/sketching is very easy with the software, but Logic's studio instruments are infinitely better (ie: more realistic) than anything in Live. I'm also using live because my laptop is a PC, so any recordings done outside of home would have to be on PC (my mac is a desktop), therefore can't be Logic. *So I was wondering if it was possible to start a project in Ableton Live and then put the finishing touches on it in Logic Pro?*

EXAMPLE:
1. I record live drums, guitars, and then some MIDI files (some violin strings) all in Ableton Live on my PC laptop. Then I go home and transfer my Live project to my Mac. +THEN I take that Live project and open its many parts into Logic.+
The goal of this would then be to have my live tracks as well as to re-record the MIDI parts with Logic's superior strings.

Would this be possible?

Mac Mini, Mac OS X (10.6.2)

STart up logic then start ableton , this means ableton is in rewire slave mode . So when you press start on logic ableton will play in sync . Go into the logic mixer and create some channels (i forget which kind , its in manual) . You can select the input for the logic channel to be the output form the ableton rewire track . You then just arm the logic tracks and record the audio into logic .
