will a buffalo wireless G PCI card (WLI2-PCI-G54) work in a Power Mac (G4)

Hello - I just salvaged a Power MAC G4 from the local recycle center, loaded OS X 10.3 and wanted to try and add wireless networking on the cheap. I have a Buffalo Wireless G PCI card (WLI2-PCI-G54s) which I thought would work but the card does not seem to be recognized, when I check the PCI card list it does not show up (I see the AGP card and an additional PCI card but not the Buffalo card). The card works, I pulled it from a Windows system where it was working fine. Is there anything I need to do to get the G4 to recognize the card ? other options I tried w/o success were a Linksys wireless G USB adapter ((WUSB54G), the compact Linksys Wireless G USB (WUSB54GC) and a Netgear wireless N USB adapter WN121T

Will any of these work ? I also have a Belkin "n" pcmcia card.

thanks

Generally speaking, if a supplier cannot provide you with a Mac OS driver, you could possibly try an Internet search for the item/model plus "chipset". That way you should be able to determine the chipset type/origin. The chipset manufacturer may or may not have suitable driver downloads.

Otherwise, a wireless Ethernet bridge (also known as a gaming adapter) could be connected to the Ethernet port. Such bridge devices do not (normally) require special driver software (and can thus be used under almost any operating system).
