Error code 0xE8000065

I just bought a new pc running Windows 7 64 bit. I installed iTunes for 64 bit and then hooked up my iPod Touch 32 GB. I'd been synch'ing my iPod with my old system, and still can. However, after hooking it up to my new system, Windows says it's unable to load the driver and gives me an "unknown error" code 0xE8000065.

Help!!! What am I doing wrong? with my old WinXP system it was just plug and play. What do I need to do to set up on my new system?

custom, Windows 7, new system, 64 bit version

If you've got at least 4 GB of RAM and an NVIDIA USB EHCI chipset, it may also be worth checking the following Microsoft document:

[You encounter problems when you move data over USB from a Windows 7 or Windows Server 2008 R2-based computer that has an NVIDIA USB EHCI chipset and at least 4GB of RAM|http://support.microsoft.com/kb/976972]
