Video editing/transfer

I transferred a video clip I took with my iPhone 3GS to iPhoto 5.0.2 and then dropped it into iMovie HD 5.0.2 to delete the audio.

Now what is the best way to get the clip back into iPhoto and on to my iPhone? iMove HD Help Menu tells how to transfer a movie clip into an iPod; would using that procedure work?

Active: iMac (G5, G4), Powerbook G4, iPhone, iPod, MP2100 Retired: iMac G3, A2c, Mac OS X (10.4.11), Mac OS 10.5.8, Mac OS 9.2.2, iPhone OS 3.0, Newton OS 2.1

Send it to itunes and sync from there.

iMoveHD step 10 for iPods is:

Open iTunes 6.0 or later and drag the MPEG-4 file to the iTunes library in the Source list.

I'm assuming this means the "Movies" library in iTunes 9, correct?

Not sure.

Why not just click Share and then ipod?

It will go to itunes and you can sync from there.

Didn't work AND somehow I screwed up the file so it is gone. I just have to figure out how to turn off the audio input when doing a video using the iPhone.
