What should I use for daily reminders?

Im wanting to have a daily reminder for 5:00 pm to remind me to take my medication. What do I use to do that?

not a to-do. just make a regular recurring event in ical and set an alarm for it. it can be a sound, a message on the screen or an email. you can the alarm to open some file like a music file to make it really hard to miss.
