Getting "440 login timeout" error when opening MS Outlook Web Access

I have used MS OWA on my MacBook since I got this laptop, about one year, without issues. Both my work and my school (I'm a grad student) use it, so I need to be able to get on successfully. OWA from my work has always given this message the first time I clicked on its link from bookmarks, but a second click opened it right up. The school's OWA always opened on first click. Yesterday both stopped working. I very recently downloaded recommended Apple updates (2 or 3 days ago). I can't remember if I have successfully used either OWA since then.

The error message reads, "440 Login Timeout" in the upper left corner of a plain white screen.

Any ideas?

MacBook, Mac OS X (10.6.2), Also run Parallels
