Alfresco Share 404 when Alfresco works...

I am running a Mac Mini server and have configured Alfresco to run (using Tomcat) and everthing works fine. Another component of Alfresco is their "Share" module which is placed in the root of the Tomcat directory (tomcat/share) just like the Alfresco directory (tomcat/alfresco).

I have an interesting problem I don't know how to address-

localhost:8080/alfresco works fine...
localhost:8080/share works fine...
mydomain.com/alfresco works fine...
maydomain.com/share give me a 404 error. It processes the index.jsp page and ends up on http:www.mydomain.com/share/page/site-index with the 404 error.

Error:

- 12/Dec/2009:22:39:35 -0500 "GET /share/ HTTP/1.1" 302 -
- 12/Dec/2009:22:39:35 -0500 "GET /share/page/site-index HTTP/1.1" 404 3754
