agree with you completely. it is all about the dollars, companies need to produce what is selling, ( ie. aftermarket ipod duplicates, etc, belkin, etc. )
1. I am gathering up my accrued sum mated time spent with the kryrocrap card. ( i estimate 11 hours or so) there will be a consequence to this action of verizon's lack of technical attention to me. i am currently a cell customer to them as well. this may cause me to transfer to another cell company as a carrier of cellular, however, the broadband will have to remain. ( too much time into it )
2. so there you have it. no discount for my hours , reasonably current with my hourly service calls or perhaps the card for free ( 129. 00 for first time), and a credit for 1 month. if not c ya verizon
3. another frustrating issue. verizon transfers me to a tech. i think it must be in India or something, the help seems Indian or Iranian. each time i got transferred ( 6) separate times, Indian ethnic help answers. ( ? ) not that this is bad, i do not discriminate tech. help. !!!
4. so here i am [speaking with a person, whom i can not even understand due to there chopped up English attempts. they try, however, i can not repeat everything 10 times just to specify my issues. frustrating, and i will never again ask for there help, ever. ( Mac lovers alone, through research can help each other . ( i know i am open to helping fellow Mac peoples,anytime. just for the loyalty alone. ! we are like an underground militia. ( easy on militia )
