Bounce with Skip Cycle - Suggestions

I have a track with two bars I want to remove so I used the skip cycle function which works great but when I go to bounce the final track, it doesn't skip that section.

I tried the marquee tool to physically delete the section but because I use a product called Melodyne, the deleted section still plays.

Any suggestions? Can I bounce all the sections into another stereo track without using the bounce function?
