airport utility on 64bit PC cannot find airport express base station

Hi everyone!

Strange problem - I've got am MBP running both OS X and Windows 7 which both connect just fine with Airport Express, but Airport Utility on both of my 64bit HPs refuse to find Airport Express... anyone experience the similar? I have tried reinstalling Airport Utility as well as the base station itself but no good, same problem. Help? Thanks!
