Can I buy in the US Apple Store while living in Mexico????

Please Help! I want to buy a new macbook, but I live in Mexico City and I would use a mexican credit card to do so. Can I actually do that? If so, how much will cost the shipping and deliver to mexico city?? Thanks!

In addition to the other comments, you could also encounter all kinds of customs and import taxes when buying overseas and having it shipped back to you. I know you would if living in the US or living in Europe and having something shipped from another economic area. I think, for example, in the US you can only receive $30 in goods per day from outside the US on a tax-free basis. After that it has to go through customs and adds a huge amount of extra work in purchasing something that neither the shipper nor recipient would find attractive.

I don't know software details but I remember seeing statements on older Apple operating systems about features only being licensed for use in specific countries. This might also present a reason why they wouldn't be prepared to ship a bundled package to you.
