New G4 and AltiVec
Does anyone know how to De-activate the Altivec ?
I bought a new G4 which feature the new Sudden Motion sensor and AltiVec, and I am having lots of trouble working with my Pro-Tools Audio Workstation, with the system going unstable every now and then. My colleagues who use the olde G4 dont have any issues, and I think its one of these new features that creates problems. I already disabled the Sudden motion sensor.
Can anyone help me with the AltiVec ??
