Good question. NONE of the online iTunes customer support contact methods work.'Choose a topic' then chat/email/phone.email/chat not working.
So thanks Apple for making my 6 gift certificates more varied. I was UNABLE to use my very loaded prepaid visa I use online . Loaded to the max and Apple just did not need my $200 I guess today. Card Declined-Check online but card balance is currently over $800. Shopped elsewhere online no problemo.
