iTunes Error 5002

I can't log in to my iTunes account or authorize my computer without Error 5002 coming up. Some people say the can't download music, but I can't even log in. What's up?

same error here... Maybe they're doing something with the servers!

Bummer... Cause I wanted to download a few apps and wishlist a few other items!

Oh... And I should add... It's happening on my MAC, Windows PC and iPhone!

So I'm thinking its something to do with their download server... but also the activation/account server possibly... As I can't access my account either!

same problem here, trying to help my aunt access the itunes store, but we're unable to login with either her or my username and password. looks like this might just be an iTunes store glitch?

Exact same issue, cannot connect through iphone, apple tv, or my PC.

I've just eMailed apple regarding this, doubt I'll get an response today... But then again who knows...

Same error here. In Singapore. Tried to update apps, got 5002. Signed out, tried to Sign in again, 5002 again. Seems like something is wrong with apple's side

SAME THING FOR ME!!
This ***** so bad. I cant even login to my account. I have been waiting 2 days and finally decided to sit back with my girl and watch Terminator Salvation tonight, and boom ERROR 5002 comes up. Not only can I not DL things, but I cannot log into my account either.

What gives apple??????

I got the same error just now. Tried logging in and it said "We could not complete your itunes store request. An unknown error occured (5002). Please try again later"

Apple better fix this quick!!!!
