chapters issue

Hi,

I'm importing two movies from FCE 3.5, the first one with 7 chapters, the second with just 3. The first worked like a charm, the second does'nt wont to show chapters, or, better says, just the first appear as button in the upper page.....links for second and third chapters disappeared..... In FCE i did it exactly the same way, quicktime is actually seeing chapters in both movies, the skip button in IDVD preview is able too to see them.... So i'm not able to see where the bug is.....

any suggestion?
