Chart with duration datas in Numbers '09

Hello,
here's my problem (and sorry for the bad english).
I created a Table and filled with data. In the first column i entered DVD movie's titles and in the second column the duration of those movies. I formatted the cells correctly with the "duration" option so that they show "1h 12m" for example. Now i want to create a Chart with the duration in the Y axis and the movies on the X axis but I'm unable to do so because when I try to select "duration" in the format cell of "Value of X Axis" of the chart options it's greyed out. How can i do? (I can successfully create Charts from numeric values but not from "duration" values.

I'll appreaciate any answer thank you again.

This is a limitation in the application, they did not fully implement the duration number type. Durations won't plot except in the scatter chart. You have to convert your durations to hours or minutes using DUR2HOURS or DUR2MINUTES and plot that instead. If you want your axis value labels to display as durations, create a one-column table and put it in place of the chart-generated Y axis labels. In that table you will type the duration values that correspond to each gridline of your chart.
