Question

New Computer will not load all my songs.

I got a new computer today and i loaded itunes. i plugged in my ipod and itunes told me i had 100 problems (songs) it told me to authorize my computer. I did and it told my that was my 2nd computer out of 5, which is correct. I continued to load my songs to my computer, but i noticed 100 of my songs were missing! why wont they load? HELP

Were they purchased from another itunes account?

I have the same problem, too. My computer crashed. I was able to transfer my library from my IPod to the new computer and then into ITunes, but it won't let me use the tracks I bought from ITunes. When I authorize the computer, it says already authorized. I bought the tracks from the same ITunes account, though a couple of years ago. Any ideas?
