My Finder sidebar disappeared
my sidebar disappeared how do I get it back?
Macbook Black, Mac OS X (10.5.8)
Goto View/Show Sidebar

Just curious CfulDedFan, I'm unaware of the "View/Show Sidebar", did you mean "View/Show Toolbar"?
Click the button in the upper right corner of the window.

While using Finder, if you goto the Menu Bar and click View, the dropdown displays *Hide Sidebar* (or *Show Sidebar* if it's hidden already). At least this is the case using the latest OS release.
So you are talking SL Snow Leopard not 10.5.8 Leopard? If so that's why I don't see that. Thanks for the confirmation.
