How do I edit my email contacts (ie. name, address new email so on)? I know it should be simple but just can't seem to figure it out.

if you mean you want to edit contact data of people who send you emails that's done using Address book application. it's located in the main Applications folder.

Sorry

To close to Christmas, brain working slowly. I go to my address book/contacts. I want to make a change to my contact information/friends info. How is that done?

I don't quote understand what you are asking. you want to change your own contact info or your friend's contact info? in either case you can select the appropriate card in the address book and click on the "edit" button. you can then edit the info for the selected card such as addresses, phone numbers and so on.
