I just got a new iPhone. I just registered with my old account from my old iPhone. My new iPhone synced fine but has not activated. Can someone help me with this? Everything works with the phone, but i'm not getting any service (meaning I can't call or text). And yes, I am on a plan with at&t

    No one here can help you. Call AT&T Customer Service 1-800-331-0500, and then dial 0 for technical assistance options.

    Do you have the correct sim card installed ? I just went through the very same thing today, and it turned out the sim card that came with the iphone was not the activated one. I took the sim from my old phone and put it into the iphone. I was up and running immediately after that.
