How do I reset my network settings on my MBA?

Im trying to connect to Wifi and Im unable to connect... How do I reset my network settings on my MBA?

MAC PRO 8 GB RAM 500GB, Mac OS X (10.5.5), MacBookPro Intel Core 2 Duo 160 GB HD 3 GB DDRM

you can make a new location in system preferences networking. or alternatively you could open safari, and click on the big "run network diagnostic" button. witch will trouble shoot you through your networking issue.
