WMA files???

I got a brand new iPod classic for the holidays! I use my faithful MacBook as a normal computer. I would like to put all my music on the laptop. The PC downstairs has all of my music. Here's the kicker: they're all WMA files. I would like to connect the external hard drive they're on to my Mac, but I just need some advice.
