IPHONE HAS THREE RED DOTS

i just got my iphone from M1 12 days ago and just found out three RED DOTS that won't go away. It's on the left top side of the phone on it the black area. It won't go away even if I turn it off and On. although it's not very obvious, i'm sooo worried since my iphone is fairly new. Any HELP??? thanks

The iPhone's proximity sensor and light sensor are located to the left of the iPhone's earpiece.

As Allan says, those are the sensors.

It is completely normal.

They are typically only visible under bright lighting conditions.
