Hi Swift,

when you plug in the iphone windows should ask you what you want to do with the iphone camera. the first option on the list should be "copy pictures to folder on my computer" select it, click ok. a new window will pop up asking what name and where you want to save. fill this out and then click next, then click import.

if for some reason the scanner and camera wizard dose not automatically pop up when you plug in the iphone you can manual start it. go to the start bar, click on start, click on all programs, click on accessories, click on scanners and camera wizard.

I have the same problem, but I tried the Scanners and Cameras program and I even if I hit refresh, my iPhone isn't picked up.

Before I just used to be able to go to the Computer folder and just go through the iPhone device and take pictures and videos out myself, but now the iPhone no longer shows on the Computer folder.
iTunes still picks up my iPhone but even when I sync pictures and videos, absolutely nothing gets transfered to my computer.

I too am unable to transferr my photos from my phone to my computer. I-tunes can see my i-phone plugged in, but my computer no longer can. It used to be sooo easy and after 2 hours of messing with this I have resorted to emailing the photos to myself just to accomplish what I need to. I've tried downloading diskaid, I've downloaded the most recent updates for my phone, I've re-started......no use. I-tunes will only allow me to sync what's on my computer with my phone, not the other way around. I would love for somebody to address this issue and understand that "just plugging it in using the caple" doesn't work anymore.

my computer use to upload automatically from my computer but now it doesnt. I tried everything from device manager, deleting real plyr, tweeking my scanner/camera program etc. wifi photo was an option but then a quick fix - deleting certain photos (mainly from the net) that were corrupt. who would of ever thought to delete a photo or two from my iphone would fix the uploading problem but it did. now i am more careful saving pictures from the internet, thay can corrupt your syncing process.

OK so everyone, after almost a ENTIRE WEEK of trying to fix this problem I solved it. I have been trying so hard to get my photos off my phone and went through everything, reinstalling Itunes and restarting my phone. I even erased everything and did it again and again, and finally reformatted my computer! and still no luck. So finally I just gave up. Then as I had my Iphone plugged into my computer, I was just simply deleting photos I had taken (I was deleting them on the phone itself), Well as I'm doing that. BOOM on my screen its asking me to import my photos to the computer from Iphone!! There's your solution, Hope it helps!.
