How to display song time in minutes/seconds??

How to display song time in minutes/seconds??

I know that there is a very simple answer to this however, I cannot find it...

Is there a way to display the song time in minutes/seconds rather than SMPTE clock in the transport??

Sure. In the top right of the Arrange, next to the Bar Ruler is a note and triangle symbol. Click on it and select:
Bar
Bar and time
Time or
Time and bar

Sorry! re-read your question. Control click on the transport. You can choose one of the settings there, but you will always see Hours:Minutes:Seconds:frames

That's okay, your first answer does the trick, althought I'd prefer a running clock in the transport... Guess I'm still trying to break my old DP dependencies..

Wait a second... I guess it's not the time afterall..

I guess the closest I can get to a solution is to select "Display Locators as Time" in the transport???

Yes, unfortunately that seems to be it. I am happy to view a Big bar display for SMPTE as it is more accurate that only minutes and seconds. Looks like that and time in the Bar ruler is the best options for you.
